Line cooks, home health aides, customer support and truck drivers are just a few of the millions of frontline jobs in high demand today.

These frontline workers make up 55% of the U.S. workforce, and even with recent inflation and recession fears, demand for hiring them remains incredibly strong.

Frontline workers are different from the rest of the workforce in that they’re typically paid by the hour, work outside a 9-to-5 schedule, and work as individual contributors.
